1. PROMOTER:

1.1 Aspects Beauty Company Ltd. (ABC) on behalf of Salvatore Ferragamo Parfums

2. PRIZE DRAW OPENING AND CLOSING DATES:

2.1 The Competition will be open for entries from 5th March (opening date) until 23:59:59 on 8th May (the Closing Date).
2.2 Any entries received after of the Closing Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

3. ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS:

3.1 The Salvatore Ferragamo Prize Draw is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of Aspects Beauty Company (“ABC”) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
3.2 The Competition is not open to employees or agents of Salvatore Ferragamo Parfums or their immediate families.

4. ROUTES OF ENTRY:

4.1 You may enter the Competition online at http://www.ferragamosignorina.co.uk/competition.html
4.2 Entries must be received by 23:59 on 08/05/2016
4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
4.5 No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

5. PRIZE DRAW DETAILS:

5.1 There will be ONE lucky winner who will receive a Salvatore Ferragamoe collection including: 100ml Signorina Misteriosa, 100ml Signorina Eleganza, 100ml Signorina EDP, 200ml Misteriosa Bath and Shower Gel and 200ml Signorina Misteriosa Body Lotion. 10 runners up will win: 30ml Signorina Misteriosa
5.2 The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 13/05/2016. The winners will be notified by email using the details provided on their entry form. Winners must claim their prize by 23.59 on 20/05/2016. If they do not do so, then ABC reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5.3 All UK prize winners in the UK shall have their prize sent out via Royal Mail signed for.
5.4 By entering the Prize Draw you acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of ABC’s control. ABC will not be liable for any such instances.
5.5 The selection of the prize winner(s) will be supervised by an independent person
5.6 Any decision of ABC as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. ABC accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.ferragamosignorina.co.uk or any other reason.
5.7 There are no cash alternatives to the prize offered.
5.8 Images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products or colours may be substituted for the items shown. ABC reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
5.7 ABC reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
5.8 The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.9 A list of all the winner’s names will be available on request between the 13/05/2016 & 13/06/2016. By entering the prize draw and giving us your details, we, ABC, will have the right to contact you about future promotions from Salvatore Ferragamo . This may include offers, promotions, Email, SMS, Phone calls and future updates.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND DETAILS:

6.2 Prizes supplied by third parties are always subject to availability.
6.3 By entering the Competition the prize winner(s) agree(s) to participate in such promotional activity and material as we may reasonably require.
6.4 All information provided by the participant is given to ABC and will not be shared with 3rd parties.
6.5 All elements of the prize are being provided by ABC who are acting solely as the promoter of the Prize Draw.
6.6 The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
